Heather (aka Duffy) is amazing! From the initial phone consultation to the final style, she made the entire experience smooth, thoughtful, and stress-free. She took the time to walk me through each step, always checked in with me during the haircut, and really made sure I felt confident about the process. I decided to go for grey blending—which felt like a bold and radical change for me—but I absolutely love the result. Duffy did a magnificent job! Her attention to detail, her work ethic, and the care she puts into her craft truly stand out.
