the process is simple.

new client form
First you'll start by completing your preferred Artist's New Client Form which can be found either on their social media profiles or our site here on the team page.. The form will be reviewed within 24-48 business hours.

intake form & booking appointment
Once your new client form is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions to complete our New Client Intake form. Once that's filled you, you'll gain access to your Artist's calendar and be able to book either your Consultation or your hair appointment.
3
appointment day
4 days before your appointment, you will receive your confirmation text to confirm your appointment. Once it's confirmed, you'll receive a customization form 30 minutes before to customize your appointment. You're able to pick just how you'd like everything to be at your appointment, even down to the smells!
