As I learn to unmask and live my life as an AuDHD person, mom, leader, small business owner, and so much more, I'm reminded of my own fragility in the process.

Perfection doesn't exist but transparency is. I'll keep showing up and working on being the best version of myself, even if I still f*CK up from time to time.

I used to take so much for granted until I opened my own business. That moment taught me the true value of gratitude.

Since then, I've learned that being thankful isn't just about saying "thank you." It's a way of life that transforms how we see the world.

Practicing gratitude has reshaped my perspective on challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth. It's breathed new life into my relationships, helping me appreciate the people around me more deeply.

Every day now, I thank the universe for my lessons & what I have because I fought hard to get it, even if it wasn't easy.

Gratitude hasn't erased my problems, but it's given me the strength to face them with a positive outlook. It's not about ignoring the tough stuff—it's about finding the light even in the darkest moments.

I used to take so much for granted until I opened my own business. That moment taught me the true value of gratitude.

Since then, I've learned that being thankful isn't just about saying "thank you." It's a way of life that transforms how we see the world.

Practicing gratitude has reshaped my perspective on challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth. It's breathed new life into my relationships, helping me appreciate the people around me more deeply.

Every day now, I thank the universe for my lessons & what I have because I fought hard to get it, even if it wasn't easy.

Gratitude hasn't erased my problems, but it's given me the strength to face them with a positive outlook. It's not about ignoring the tough stuff—it's about finding the light even in the darkest moments.
