Reserving Appointments

To reserve an appointment, all guests must provide a credit card number to hold on file. 

Cancellation Policy

We ask clients to reschedule or cancel their appointments at least 48 hours before their scheduled time. We send confirmation emails 48 hours before the time of your appointment, and we ask you to respond promptly to confirm your reserved time. 

If a client cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before scheduled time, the guest is charged 50% of the reserved time regardless of the reason for cancellation. 

No Call /

No Show Policy

All appointments *not* canceled at least one hour before your appointment and/or being more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-call no-show. In the event of a no-call no-show, the guest is responsible for 75% of the booked service total, and the credit card provided will be charged at the end of the business day your appointment was scheduled on.  Complimentary consultations will be charged a flat $25 fee for a no-call no-show.

Reservation Responsibility

The time you reserve for your appointment has been saved just for you and therefore, is equivalent to the amount of time you will be charged. Example: If you book a 5 hour service without consultation, you are responsible for the 5 hours even if your service only took your Stylist 3 hours. If you reserve a 3-hour service without consultation & your hair goals require more time an alternative suggestion will be made. If you’re not satisfied with the alternative & opt not to get your hair done, you are still responsible for the time reserved. To avoid reservation errors, please book a complimentary color consultation by booking online with us.



We make every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your service. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with the service you received or your experience, please tell us at the end of our service or within 7 days of the completion of your service.

To receive a  complementary correction to any service the correction service must be preformed by the original stylist you were scheduled with. 


All services are non-refundable but we are more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. All corrective services must be communicated and approved by management. A corrective service is only in the event of a mistake taking place by a service provider, not in the event that you change your mind after the time of your service. It is important that you contact the salon as soon as possible after an unsatisfactory service as a you have 7 days to contact your Artist to schedule a corrective service.

To receive a complimentary correction you must schedule with the original stylist that preformed the original service.  

Forms of Payment

We are a cashless salon, we accept all major credit card companies along with apple pay.

Extra Attendees Policy

Please note we welcome visitors and extra attendees but we only have so much space in our salon.

We do offer services for children, child services are charged the full hourly session of the stylist. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent for the duration of their service. Children 11 and older must have a parent preset for the consultation and provide consent for the service.
